The Flag of the British Empire
The British Empire, sometimes known as the New British Empire, is the Union of Cyberain and New Jamaica, with its capital in London. The two countries share militaries and a diplomatic service, but have seperate police and educational systems, though each cooperates with their counterparts in the other country. Whilst there is no official mechanism for a country to join the British Empire, it is generally believed that agreement by both Cyberain and New Jamaica is necessary, which implies that membership of the Warsaw Pact is also required.
